ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน

1.       วางชิ้นงาน ด้านใต้ ของแท่น แล้ว ยึดให้แน่น

2.       ยกตุ้มน้ำหนักขึ้น ด้วยความสูง และ ทิ้งลง

3.       ปกติแล้วจะใช้แว่นขยาย ส่องดูเพื่อช่วยให้เห็นความเสียหายได้ดี ขึ้น

4.       คำนวนด้วย สูตร ของแรงตกกระทบ

1.       ตุ้มน้ำหนัก ตามมาตราฐาน ISO มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 20 มิลลิเมตร และมีน้ำหนัก 1 กิโลกรัม

2.       แท่นรอง ตุ้มน้ำหนัก มีขนาด เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 27 มิลลิเมตร

3.       หัวของ Impact head มีขนาด เส้นผ่าศุนย์กลาง 15.9 มิลิลเมตร น้ำหนัก2Lbs ตามมาตราฐาน ASTM

4.       แท่นรอง ตุ้มน้ำหนัก ASTM base มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 16.3 มิลลิเมตร

5.       ระยะลึก ของ Control ring 1 , 2, 4, 5, มิลิเมตร

Use

Operate steps

Place the sample under the punch and fix it.

Lift the punch to the preset height and drop.

Visually or using a magnifying glass to observe the sample damage.

Adjust the drop weight and height of the impact tester, get the exact damage point or set the qualified/unqualified scale
