Application method and understanding of bite tester:

(1) the sample must be at room temperature before bite test 23 + 2 °C, humidity is 20% ~

70% of the environment within 4 hours.

(2) place the subject in the occlusal device at a depth of 0.25 ~ 0.5 inches (0.64 ~ 1.27cm),

then add the required pressure within 5 seconds, and hold for 10 seconds.

(3) take out the test products, observe their changes and record the results.

Assessment and requirements:

(1) requirements :(us standard)

0-18 months 25 plus or minus 0.5LBS

18 ~ 36 months 50±0.5LBS

36 ~ 96 months 100±0.5LBS

(2) determination: after the test, the product or component shall pass the test if there are

no safety defects such as damaged products or components, sharp edges, sharp corners,

etc.
