เครื่องทดสอบความแข็งโลหะ ตัวนี้ ใช้ CCD Camera Interface ในการเชื่อมต่อ และยังเป็นระบะแบบดิจิตอล Brinell พร้อมคอมพิวเตอร์ในการดำเนินการทดสอบทั้งหมด และยังสามารถควบคุม การดำเนินงานเป็นเรื่องง่ายและการวัดความแม่นยำสูง. ลดจำนวนข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากมนุษย์ หลีกเลี่ยงการเบื่อหน่ายของผู้ประกอบการ เครื่องทดสอบความแข็งล่วงหน้าซึ่งสามารถตอบสนองความ ความต้องการของความแข็ง Digital Brinell ต่างๆ

Function and Characteristics:

1. Measuring and control system of the tester adopts high-resolving power image device to display indentation clearly on the screen of computer.

2. Automatic measurement: Automatically capture the indentation and measure the diameter and calculate the corresponding value of Brinell hardness;

3. Manual measurement: Manually measure the indentation, the system calculates the corresponding value of Brinell hardness;

4. Include all functions of image processing and measurement system, such as image capture, calibration, image processing, geometric measurement, annotation, photo album management and fixed times print etc;

5. Support Win XP, Win7 system ect.

6. Hardness value can be automatically exchanged with many methods. Convert HB to other hardness value such as HV, HR etc;

7. It can adjust contrast and brightness etc. Of indentation image.

8. It can dispose image file and data file to open, memory, print ect.

9. Test report: Automatically generate the report of WORD or EXCEL format, the report templates can be modified by the user.

11. It can look into the data file and image file at any time, Data file is printed to adopt table format and curvilinear format.
