Baces3D offers a variety of portable, fast and

accurate 3 dimensional radial arm measuring

systems for reverse engineering and quality

control inspection applications.

Baces3D was originally developed in Italy in

1992 and has over 15 years production

devices in a multitude of industries

throughout the world.

Baces3D devices are manually operated 6 and

7 axis devices for both tactile probe and laser

scanning sensors, allowing measurement of

both prismatic and organic (contoured) shapes

and geometry. BacesScan lasers integrate with

an ergonomic pistol grip 7th axis mount.

Accuracy of the Baces3D products are achieved by

unparalleled high precision optical transducer sensors,

combined with component materials that include carbon

fiber or aviation grade aluminum arm bodies. Precision

joints are manufactured with high accuracy bearings and

titanium mechanics.

Baces3D is truly a one-handed operated device, achieved

by an internal, adjustable spring counterbalance system.

Multiple mounting supports are available including:

magnetic base, base flange for clamping, tripod, hanging

mount and customized supports making Baces3D

portable and flexible to address the toughest measuring

environments and applications.

Baces3D integrates with a wide variety of 3rd party CAD/

CAM/CAI applications including VeriSurf, RevWorks,

Geomagic, RapidForm, PowerInspect, MobiGage, Rhino

and others, via USB connection.
