LMP-3 single-disc automatic grinding and polishing machine is a single-disc desktop machine. It is a new generation of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment with automatic sample preparation process, which is manufactured according to international standards and adopts international advanced technology.

It has the functions of optional rotation direction of grinding and polishing disk, quick replacement of grinding and polishing disk, multi-sample holder and pneumatic single-point loading. This machine adopts an advanced microprocessor control system, which makes the rotation speed of the grinding and polishing disc and the grinding and polishing head infinitely adjustable, and the setting of sample preparation pressure and time is intuitive and convenient. Only need to replace the grinding and polishing disc or sandpaper and polishing fabric to complete the grinding and polishing process. So that the machine shows a wider range of applications. It has the characteristics of stable rotation, safety and reliability, low noise and the use of cast aluminum base to increase the rigidity of grinding and polishing.

 The machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample and to flush away the abrasive grains at any time. Product advantages
The grinding and polishing disc can be replaced quickly. Hold the grinding and polishing disc with both hands and gently lift it up to remove it; hold the other grinding and polishing disc flat with both hands, and visually observe that the three piston rod holes of the grinding and polishing disc are basically corresponding to the three piston rods and fall down. When the holes correspond, slightly swing the grinding and polishing discs to make the other two also correspond, then insert the discs flat, and then press it by hand to make the bottom of the grinding and polishing discs completely contact with the positioning surface of the grinding and polishing seat.

The 6-hole holder can prepare multiple samples at the same time, and the holder is easy to install and remove.
If the holder needs to be replaced, use a wrench to loosen the two nuts on the holder and remove the two countersunk head screws to remove the holder for replacement. When it is necessary to adjust the indenter to be concentric with the sample fixing sleeve hole after installation, then tighten the two nuts
