DWTT series drop hammer tearing tester machine DWTT drop hammer tearing tester is applicable to various ferritic steel, in particular to a drop hammer tearing impact test of various pipeline steel. The DWTT drop hammer tearing tester meets GB/T8363-2007 and an ASTM E436 testing method. A mainframe of the drop hammer tearing tester adopts a four-support type stable structure, has good rigidity and double slide guide rails which is provided with an automatic sample transportation mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a tilt prevention mechanism, a safety mechanism, a hydraulic buffer device, a test sample reclaiming device and a safety prevention device. The drop hammer tearing tester can adjust the preset impact energy through two modes of controlling the hoisting height of a drop hammer and increasing or reducing balance weight. According to different operation control modes and measuring display modes, the drop hammer tearing tester comprises two types: a digital display drop hammer tearing tester and an instrument drop hammer tearing tester. The digital isplay drop hammer tearing tester is characterized by singlechip microcomputer control, touch screen and key-press operation, hoisting height display and control, and presetting and display of the maximal impact energy.
