เครื่องวัดความแข็งโลหะ หรือเครื่องทดสอบความแข็งโลหะ รุ่น SMV-402 เป็นเครื่องทดสอบความแข็งโลหะอัตโนมัติ ด้วยโครงสร้างภายในทำจากสเตเลสส่วนใหญ่ทำให้มีสมรรถนะที่ดี สามารถแสดงค่าความแข็งได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง หน้าจอLCD ใหญ่ทำให้ใช้งานได้ง่าย ทั้งนี้ เครื่องทดสอบความแข็งโลหะรุ่น SMV-402 ยังสามารถติดตั้งอุปกรณ์พ่วงต่อ อย่างกล้องCCD ได้ เพื่อให้การวัดภาพเป็นไปอย่างอัตโนมัติ

Feature

SMV-402 Digital Micro Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. With a novel and pleasing appearance, the internal structure is mainly made by stainless steel parts, has better performance. It can directly shows the test mode, tet force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time on the large screen. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the ardness value and shows on the screen. With the up and down limit alarm function, test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the compuer. It can use optional Knoop indenter to measure Knoop hardness. And it can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.

Application

Suitable for ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply-metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastic sections etc.; hardness testing such as that on the depth and the trapezium of the carbonized layers and quench hardened layers.
