10MHRS-150J precision Rockwell, surface Rockwell and double Rockwell hardness tester (head moving type) adopts closed-loop sensor control technology to realize fully automatic control and hardness testing process. The loading system adopts high-precision force sensors and the central controller to form a closed-loop loop to control the whole process of loading. The sounding system adopts high precision displacement sensor, which can obtain a hardness value resolution of 0.1HR.The machine stage is fixed, and the hardness test is performed by the indenter moving up and down. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of the traditional lead screw, improve the accuracy and repeatability of the test, and also increase the stability and efficiency of the machine.

1. High-speed precision step control system is adopted to realize high-precision and fast test;
2. New design, mobile head structure, using high-precision guide rail to control the precise movement of the head;
3. High-definition LCD touch screen operation, menu-type operation interface, intuitive display and simple operation;
