ROUGHNESS & CONTOUR TESTER

MODEl : SRT-500C

   SRT-500C profile and roughness tester is widely used in metrological departments of autos, tools, bearings, patterns and optics for measuring profile and roughness of precision parts. The drive box is quipped with a straight-line guide of high accuracy traveling up to 100mm, 120mm, 150mm. To set up the X asix measuring unit, the Z asix direction is adopted from 10mm to 20mm two kinds of differential inductance sensor. The driving box can be adjusted by the horizontal adjustment button and can be controlled by the operation of the control box. The displacement of the transducer moving along the guide collected with a precision grating system. The transducer is operated  with eight keys on the control box or the buttons on the windows interface. The SRT-500C software runs on Windows XP.

The roughness and profile shape parameters of various precision machine parts can be measured. Using the proposed method to evaluate the radius, angle, point line, two circle center distance, etc. Thus measurement of straightness, convexity and groove center distance, inclination, deep groove, groove width, the proportion of channel margins, groove center distance and vertical distance, horizontal distance, step shape parameter amplifier.

In order to establish the X coordinate measuring unit, The Z asix direction is adopted from 10mm to 20mm two kinds of differential inductance sensor, the driving box can be adjusted by the level of 10 degrees.

It is compliance with China Standard GB/T3505-2000, GB/6062-2001, GB/T10610-1998 and ISO5436, ISO11562
