เครื่องนี้ใช้วัดค่าความทนทานของสีหรือผิวเคลือบเพื่อดูการต้านทานรอยขีดข่วน ด้วยหลักการทำงานของเครื่อง ตัวทดสอบการทำงานจะเป็นแท่นทรงกลมแหลม ความหนา 1 มิลลิเมตร โดยการสัมผัสกับพื้นผิวเคลือบ ขูดขีดด้วยระยะทาง 10 เซนติเมตร แกนมอเตอร์จะสัมผัสชิ้นงานเบาๆโดยที่ไม่มีการถ่ายเทน้ำหนักมาจากตุ้มถ่วง โดยหัวเข็มทดสอบไปแตะที่ชิ้นงานเพื่อสร้างรอยขีดขูดชิ้นงาน และจะทำการสตาร์ท สต็อปโดยอัตโนมัติ ทั้งนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับการทดสอบของชิ้นงานแต่ละประเภทด้วย

Use

Automatic scratches are used to measure the scratch resistance of the coating, and a half spherical pin

with a diameter of 1mm (standard) is used to slowly contact the surface of the test and draw a 10cm long

scratch.

Depending on the purpose of the test and the loading of the load, different degrees of penetration can be

observed, from the surface trace to the complete penetration.

The motor drives the cutter lightly in contact with the sample, without the influence of the load (50-2500g)

size, the needle is drawn on the sample, and automatically starts and stops.

The contact between the scriber and the metal matrix is identified by a voltmeter.

Used in GB/T 9279 "paint and varnish scratch test" and ISO 12137 "paint and varnishes" criteria.
