LQ-110Z metallographic sample automatic cutting machine is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metallic materials in order to observe the metallographic and petrographic structure of the material.


                The machine is equipped with a circulating cooling device, and the configured cooling liquid can take away the heat generated during cutting to avoid overheating of the sample and burn the sample tissue. The machine is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is one of the necessary equipments for making samples in factories, scientific research units and laboratories of colleges and universities.

Operation keyboard and display
Display Y-axis position, Z-axis position, cutting mode, four direction keys, water pump switch, light switch, start button, stop button and parameter setting button.
