QG-4A multifunctional cutting machine is mainly used to cut irregular general metallographic sample materials such as cylinders, polygons and bosses.
The machine adopts double-shell fully enclosed structure and quick clamping mechanism. It can ensure that the sample is cut in an absolutely safe state. The machine has front, rear, left and right carriages. The thickness of the sample can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the feeding speed can be controlled.
               In order to avoid burning the tissue of the sample material due to overheating during cutting, the machine is equipped with a strong cooling system, and the sample can be arbitrarily rotated during cutting, which can avoid the micro-burn on the surface of the sample when it is cut, and can increase the size of the sample. It can cut the cross section, improve the utilization rate of the cutting wheel, and has the advantages of convenient operation, maintenance, etc. It is an excellent equipment for cutting irregular sample materials.
