TECMON-1Q is a kind of pneumatic type automatic mounting press, which is suitable for inlaying micro, hard to handle or irregular metallographic and lithofacies specimens, so as to facilitate cutting, grinding and polishing of specimens, and then metallographic, spectral or hardness testing. In the process of sample preparation, the machine automatically heats up, pressurizes, cools down to the final automatic pressure relief stop through a series of actions, which realizes the effect of unattended sample preparation, and features the advantages of more humanized, simple operation and high efficiency. It is the ideal sample preparing equipment to be used in factories, researching institutes and college laboratories.
 

The machine may work stably under the following working condition:

- The altitude is not higher than 1000m.
- The surrounding medium temperature shall be between +40 ℃ ~ -10 ℃.
- The relative humidity of air shall not be greater than 85% (at 20 ℃).
- There is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that seriously damages metal and insulator.
- There is no obvious vibration and turbulence.
- Air source pressure 0.6-0.8mpa
