ZXQ-2S Metallographic specimen automatic mounting machine is a process of sample inlay,before grinding and polishing.

The machine can automatically heat and pressurize, and automatically stops after pressing and forming. After a simple operation, press the button again to automatically press the sample, and the sample will be automatically taken out, and the part can be obtained.
This machine thermosetting material (such as electric jade powder, bakelite powder etc.), the temperature has been adjusted and automatic.

This machine is used for inlaying small and irregular metallographic and petrographic samples. After inlaying, it is convenient to grind and polish the sample, and it is also beneficial to observe the organization of the material normally under the metallographic microscope.

Operation keyboard and display

1. Parameter setting: Click the number on the screen, the screen will pop up the number modification interface, the number modification is completed, click the ENT key to save.
2. Rotate the emergency stop switch clockwise to make the emergency stop switch in the pop-up state, turn the main power switch, wait for the machine to self-check and protect, the touch screen will light up, and it will enter the power-on standby state.
3. Press the up and down keys in the operation area, the corresponding indicator light in the manual mode will be on, indicating that it is currently in the manual working mode, and the lower die will move up and down accordingly, and check whether there is abnormal noise or jamming.
