เครื่องวัดขนาดชิ้นงาน ชนิด 3 แกน สามารถวัดขนาดชิ้นงานได้ 3 แกน X,Y,Z วัดความสูงของชิ้นงานได้ด้วยการยึดติดโพรบ เหมือนเครื่อง CMM จึงสามารถวัดระยะความสูงของชิ้นงานได้ และด้วยระบบกล้องแบบไม่สำผัสชิ้นงาน กล้องวัดขนาดชิ้นงานละเอียดนี้ สามารถวัดความละเอียดได้ถึง 1 ไมครอน ตัวกล้องสามารถปรับกำลังขยายได้ด้วยการซูม เข้าออกได้ เพื่อดูพื้นผิวของชิ้นงาน โปรแกรมสำหรับวัดระยะต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งสามารถ Report ไปยัง Excel, word, CAD ได้อีกด้วย ด้วยโปรแกรม Software ที่มีความฉลาด สามารถจับจุดการวัดของชิ้นงาน ได้อัตโนมัติ ลดการ Error จากการกำหนดจุด้วยสายตา ตัวเครื่องมีความแม่นยำสูง
